Rory Hepburn : Support Technician

Rory’s cheery voice is usually the first thing you hear when phoning our helpdesk. His main role at Portal is to communicate with customers, identifying any problems they may be facing and help resolve them.

Rory joined Portal in July 2015 and completed his apprenticeship in April 2017. His expertise lie in Computing Science, Networking and Technical Fault Diagnosis. Whilst undergoing his apprenticeship he has completed his MTA’s in Operating Systems, Networking, Security and Servers.

Before joining us, Rory was sunning it up in Australia where he picked up hobbies such as fishing and surfing.
